शुभ मुहूर्त के कारण एजेंसी ने एग्रीमेंट भादो के बाद करने का अनुरोध किया है। पिछले सप्ताह कोलकाता की एजेंसी सेन एंड पंडित वोल्टेज कंट्रोल प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने नगर आयुक्त शुभम कुमार के साथ बैठक की थी। उस दौरान एजेंसी ने एक वर्ष की अग्रिम राशि 77.88 लाख रुपये का जीएसटी सहित चेक दिया था। भागलपुर स्मार्ट सिटी लिमिटेड द्वारा जारी एलओए को एजेंसी ने स्वीकार कर लिया है।,नगर आयुक्त ने एजेंसी के एग्रीमेंट के अनुरोध को मान लिया है। इधर, एजेंसी के प्रबंधक विश्वजीत सिंह ने प्रवेश शुल्क के संबंध में नगर आयुक्त से चर्चा की। नगर आयुक्त ने आश्वासन दिया कि निविदा शर्तों के अनुसार ही प्रवेश शुल्क लागू होगा। स्मार्ट सिटी ने निविदा संबंधी एनआईटी जारी किया था, जिसमें प्रवेश शुल्क का उल्लेख किया गया है।,विदित हो कि एजेंसी को हर साल स्मार्ट सिटी कंपनी को 66 लाख रुपये देने हैं। कुछ सामाजिक संगठनों ने नगर आयुक्त से मिलकर ज्ञापन सौंपा, जिसमें कहा गया कि यह शहर का एकमात्र स्थान है जहां लोग थोड़ी देर स्वच्छ हवा में सांस लेने आते हैं। शुल्क लगाने पर समस्या उत्पन्न हो सकती है। ,शुल्क के मामले में चेक जमा किया गया है। स्मार्ट सिटी के खाते में राशि स्थानांतरित होने के बाद आगे की योजना बनाई जाएगी। - पंकज कुमार, पीआरओ, स्मार्ट सिटी。
